How do I estimate the cost of an embroidery project?
The easiest way is to send your artwork and application description to us, and let us produce a quote for you. If you already know the stitch count of the customer's logo, please include that in your application description. We will include the stitch count you supplied in our project quotation.
Do you do digitizing?
Yes. We have more than 20 years experience digitizing artwork for our customers. The digitization of the artwork will be done to your customer’s satisfaction, or you don’t pay for it.
What is your standard turn around time?
The normal turn around for an average order—quantities between 1 to 500 units—is one week. Need a large quantity of items? We have the facilities, the staff and the capability to accommodate orders in the tens of thousands of units.
What do you charge for a rush order?
Unlike some of our competitors, we do not charge extra for rush orders. We do our best to accommodate rush orders using our time-tested process, our state of the art equipment and facilities, and our expert team of employees.
Do you make patches?
Yes. Patches can be made in any shape. Our patches have a heat seal backing so they can be ironed on to most fabrics. For a small additional charge, we can sew them onto your garments.
Do you have a minimum order size?
Yes. One item.
How will my order be shipped?
Ask us! We can accommodate many different requests. You may even pick up your order if you're in the area!
What form of payment is accepted?
We accept checks.
What are your hours?
We are open Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. We observe the usual holidays to give our excellent staff time off with their families.
